Roopkund can travel between May and June, August and mid October. Adventurers have a window of opportunity to travel from the first seven days of May to the beginning of July due to the harsh climatic conditions. June is the best time to see the twin Bugyals/knolls Ali and Bedni, as the glades at this point are in full spring. Roopkund offers another wonderful journeying season. It is possible to travel between the seventh day of August and the seven-day principal stretch of October. The weather is perfect for climbing and the sky remains clear.
